The other thing you can work on is Tripods. There are a bunch of level 5 freebies from the event shop you can buy over time. These are used to upgrade the modifiers on your skills for mroe damage

And the stuttering isn't random, it happens when certain inputs/actions happens.. for example:
-The mouse indicator travelling from the other monitor to the game monitor, the moment it enters the game monitor the game stutters
-changing direction, if im walking in a straight line then there's usually no problem, but if i keep going right and left it keeps stuttering each direction change
Same with using movement skills, any movement input that breaks a straight line walk makes the game stutter

the feast that i cook in stronghold--can i eat it any time? or do i have to eat ...
if you click the feast there will be a timer on it for when it disappears naturally and you can no longer eat it, as well as a 'feasts remaining' count for how many people can eat it before it disappears also
once you eat a feast, you get a 'full' debuff for a few minutes (they reduced the timer recently, not sure how long it is now) which prevents you from eating another feast, along with the feast buff which lasts 1 hr for regular feasts, 2hrs for the crystalline aura premium feast
people generally only use the most powerful feasts for the most difficult content: event feast (just uses event tokens to craft, usually available but currently not available) / crystalline aura plus feast (premium, requires tickets, very generous if someone crafts this but not what i'd call normal) / feast: eternal pickled delicacy - best non-special, non-event feast but costs materials and therefore a bit of gold to craft. some people might use the cheaper 3.5% atk speed/movespeed feasts to save a bit of gold while getting some of the benefits. there are also farm feast variants using self-harvested farm materials from your stronghold farm which have similar effects and don't cost gold but i don't personally use the farm so can't elaborate.
those feasts give you HP to survive better for supps and dps, and weapon power which equates to an extra weapon hone for everyone to do a bit more damage, and 5% atk and move speed which is important for a lot of dps classes who rely on it for engravings such as mass increase/raid captain or just to move around and attack faster (asura breakers love this for extra punching speed = more dmg)

tome progress is only a raid clearn, not a specific raid difficulty clear
the dungeons however are different, story ones to be specific, you need both nm and hm
