The new hyper express gives you lvl 3 trasnendence if i recall correctly. Also there is a 30% cost reduction coming and you can also do the current events to get some transendence tickets will recude the overall cost of transendence by a lot.
So my suggestion is to focus on pushing 1640 for now.

Transendence is a combination of mats used in the Thaemine raid, and mats used in the Behemoth raid so it's T3 + T4 content.

Make sure you do solo raid thaemine if you can't get into lobbies, Also the current golden frog offers both behemoth scales and dark fires which are your primary material for transendence

You can start an alt from 0 and let him gather his own mats, the cost of honing (the real cost) is orehas starting at 1340, anything under the alt can take care of itself, but then you gotta invest a bit into it, 1430 and you can get some coins from Valtan and Vykas

It's not the best but also not the worst thing to do, it's a long term project, a future investment
