He has made a purchase before on lost ark and he has access to auction house and marketplace. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Amazon changed how trusted status is obtained, the old way is "You need steam trusted / non limited and enabling 2fa on steam guard app", it's now an in-house system not reliant on steam. All the info they have given us on how to get it is "Play the game and you get it eventually".

So i can't grap this adv honing stuff. and when to do it and when to hold off on it. i have 6 character roster
Main: 1650
Alts : 1620, 1610, x2 1600, 1596
So, my main i didn't really read into t4 and adv honing at all and i ended up skipping it and jumping to t4 and over this last week i have been trying to do it but t4 seems to cost a lot lol.
ATM i have a wep +7, Gloves +10, Legs +3. so the first question is if i should keep pushing through for at least +10 on all of my gear or if needed +20
2nd for my alts. ATM the only thing my alts are helping my main with is gold. so i want to get them into t4 to help with jewels/ bracelets/gems im very behind on gems (stopped playing shortly after ignite servers)
so i have heard that if i have the mats i should adv hone. but some of my alts have 1500-2k+ leaps with over 2m honor shards and the hard part is having all the gold for them. plus trying to push my main to some current content.
2nd question is if it is worth to wait a few weeks before pushing some of my alts to t4 and get the adv honing up or if i should do what i did with my main and just jump from 1620.
sorry for the long question but I'm just kind of stuck atm and feel like i am just wasting all my gold trying to hone/adv hone/ as well as get all the bonus stats from thiamin raids and elixirs.
Just fyi the 1620 alt was from ignite server and the 1610 is from the new wildsoul event.

You can do whatever you want, it's your account in the end, just note that whatever investment you do in an alt is gold you ain't putting in your main, so your main will take even longer to get higher, it's a very very very long term investment, and if your chars look like rats you are not getting into lobbies (elixir, trans)
