those are cut elixirs yeah? if you're happy with the result you can apply it to your gear, otherwise if they're silver elixirs you can't dismantle them so you just have to throw them away

the elixirs they give you pre-cut at 4/4 are very mediocre but good to start with, apply that full set to your gear
