If you dont have anymore, dont stay, just go to T4 and Adv honing later

there is an event to help boost you to end game currently, but playing lost ark does eat up a lot of your time
even with the current boost, after the event it will be hard to get into group content as a new player. the game's difficulty isnt that high, its the fact that one person can hold a group back from completing content

Wild Soul is very new player friendly.
I'd say about a month from now, once you've gotten a bit more familiar with the systems, you can come back for more questions if you feel like it's a game that you'll stay with for a long time.
