and since we get a free skip to endgame, even less players are around there

guardian raids are kinda dead at that point and soloing them takes way too much time
usually you do chaos once a day, your raids for the week and then you can do tower, it gives some mats (i dont remember at what ilevel it starts)

legendary is only from argos and very old useless abyss dungeons, never needed, relic is, for tier 3, valtan and vykas legion raids, get mats and craft them, ancient is brelshaza and akkan, same thing, beat raid, get mats, craft, then we have tier 4 relic, obtained from kenuart fortress OR, as of now, from the path to hyper event (usually need to beat north kurzan to be able to do that dungeon) and ancient from the latest raid aegir
for accessories they just drop from daily/weekly stuff if youre at the required item level

The buffs on the boards need to be hit, you don’t get them if you jump over them.

Pushing to 1620 is your biggest goal and concern right now. Elixirs are entirely separate system to ark passive, elixirs can be done starting at 1600 and you get elixirs to craft at Ivory Tower abyssal dungeon or events like the current hyper road event. You won't be touching ark passive until 1660 but your biggest hurdle right now is getting 1620

I'd do normal first if I were you or you could find a hard mode prog party. She hurts in hardmode so you can die fairly easily from her normal attack patterns if you're not careful or from getting killed from charmed teammates, some mechs in hard mode are different too
