Adren is good becuase it has lower base value, meaning u gain more from adren stone.

Think about it like this: if an engraving gives 60% vs an engraving gives 15%, if both engraving rocks add 3% to that which one should u cut?

Adrenaline is boosting AP, not damage. It means while engraving efficiency are all the same kind of, Adrenaline varies extremely depending on your Support. If you receive a lot of AP from other sources, Adrenaline stone is useless, if you don't receive much, Adrenaline stone OP

If your support gives you 50% AP, With Adrenaline stone you have 100 + 50 + 5.4 + 5.7. So 3.67% increase compared to without the stone.

If you look at damage stone It's 5.1% Increase than without the stone. I mean, Adrenaline efficiency totally depends on how many AP your support gives you.
