Question - I just recently returned to the game, I've been attempting to knowledge transfer new alts and continue receiving this error message "you have exceeded the number of runs that you can make at once. Please connect to the world, gain knowledge, and then proceed". This was confusing to me though, because I was able to KT other characters through the same continent despite receiving this error on other characters prior. For some reason 2 of my chars always receive this message, but my other alts were able to do it no problem

Or you could simply jump onto an Ignite Server, progress there by taking advantage of all of the boosts and events and then transfer the character, or the roster, to a normal server.
