You need to play around with using a VPN and connect to a region that's supported by AGS on Steam and grabbing LA to your Library. There are alot of videos for it.
Once LA is on your library, you can download and play it normally afterwards.

hi, my characters are 1622 (main), 1618 1616 and 16112. my 1622 is fully set, the others only have event gems and hardly any trans. now with t4 coming this week should i invest my gold into honing the sub 1620 chars, so they can generate gold from t4 (like chaos dungeons) even though they lack transcendence or will i need a lot of gold instantly for my main (which has full trans)?

it took roughly 100 elixirs for me (alot of them from pre-nerfed version where you cannot pick the last line, and use 5 catalyst and 230 per tap) for my eso WD to get a proper 40-set
and roughly half of that for my FI WD (only a suitable one with special lines, i still have lines that sole purpose is for only the points)
