you can exchange a variety of things. You get water bottles for clears of raids. These you should use. Raid mats also work, darkfire/scales but thats a bad idea
When you fail trans you get a mat in return. With enough of those you can craft more too. Also good to use, similar to the elixer thingies

The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.
You are all good to go!
