The generic run up the wall wipe is because you dont break the bosses parts

1 trap staggers the boss and traps him. A 2nd trap starts a weakpoint check.

If you look under the bosses HP he has buffs baed on body parts. If he collects them all its a wipe. The 2 trap weakpoint resets it

You typically do 1 break just before x95 and after x35 in the final phase. At least those 2 breaks in group

So the pattern is throw 1st trap - stagger 1x - he attacks 3 times - staggers 2x - after completing, throw 2nd trap - on the trap proc, the destruction check comes up

just a heads up, in this game, you should always try to read a small guide on what an enemy does before going in (guardian raids, and even more so for legion raids/abyss dungeons, since those are end game raids and a mistake may be a full raid wipe)

you can try to get some friends, static or into a guild so people help you up with basic daily stuff

as for end game raids, you can do them solo (you should) and then transition slowly to group content, unless you find a guild and people help you from the get go
