while you have a decently good point, alts nowadays, assuming you wanna gear them for actual endgame so they generate the most resources they can, they cost a mother fucking ton of gold to gear properly

Gear quality will also improve your HP a decent amount. Weapon quality is directly more DMG.

If you have them they are wherever you put them in your inventory. If you're buying them the Jars are in the cash shop. Cloth is from the shop or dismantling other skins. Cloth gets stored in the 2nd tab of your inventory where things like raid mats are

You should use those red amulets to improve your tripods
When you level skills at 4/7/10 you get bonus effects you can apply to skills. Those are called tripods. You can improve those skill modifiers for more damage
Or just more effective skills in general
