First of all, you literally can't over hone purple gear, they hard stop at +15 (not 19), 15 all is 1490, then you can do as someone else suggested, beat brel, craft the 2 armors (you get enough mats for 2), hone transfer the relics to ancient, craft 2 (or 1 I guess weapon needs more) other relics and hone the ancients more so you can beat brel 3 (or even 4)

And please don't over hone relics, it's such a waste

and rotate them, you should kind of know how much downtime you had between both
