Whenever they do nerfs like that, they just make it possible to survive, by nerfing the damage from like a million damage down to like 150k or something lol. It's not guaranteed you'll live, you'll probably need to over-gear, get DR'd/shielded, or something along those lines, for the patch to be useful to you

technically speaking yes you can work your stuff with T3 mats then transfer those later before aegir to push for 1660. but i assume unless you're 1640 you'd still be gaining T3 mats (apart from behe) since new chaos+gr are at 1640+
