Can sometimes seem that way. On one of my older GPUs it would run everything completely fine, but for very specific games it would crash with a black screen. I only fixed it by underclocking the GPU until I got a new GPU.

if i were u i would focus on pushing and investing on one character to catch up to end game content, and wait for passes and expressed to push the rest
investing in alts is almost always a net loss and needs more investments for them to be acceptable in pugs/actually make gold back compared to how much was invested
