The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.

Hey y'all, I am a returning player trying to figure out what I should do with my account. I am kinda lost, kinda not, so I was wondering if I could get some opinions/recommendations on what I should do to more or less optimize my time playing. This past weekend I had luckily gotten my main to 1620 and after doing so I feel like I hit a wall. I have the time to play a full roster but I don't know what to do or how to properly progess one. Besides my main, I have 3 1580s and 6 1540s. I have a general idea of my 6 gold earners but I don't know if I should get my 1540s to 1580 or work on getting my 1580s higher ilevel. I have lopang alts for the sake of silver but besides the daily cycle of "Alt-Q, chaos dungeon, enter" and "Alt-J, Accept" I am pretty mindless. I appreciate any advice and thanks

its usually gate by gate circumstance, i wouldn't know because i never raid lead, the only one i know off the top of my head is valtan g2 refund for every counter during ghost phase, akkan g2 refund for every counter during 0 mech, akkan g3 refund when 0 is hit
