Then on reset claim 1600 box on your main SE and hone it ASAP to 1610 and prog thaemine.
As per gear los18 and 1 lvl 9 gem is enought to get into prog lobby for sure, or do your own ppl actually join, or find +1 friend and people always join lobby of 2.

Cos if you just claim on main, those are wasted.

so do solo for few weeks, learn it and join the lobby.

You can do both you and your friend boss in same time blind if you wish and learn it that way, being in same instance is not really required

I would suggest you two to do so with power pass chars to get gold.

and keep your old chars, do story on them, uprade them from blue fuse jail
and then decide which one to hone as main and which to keep

there tons of optimizations possible, but over all you quite free to do anything really now

If you set launch options such as -novsync -notexturestreaming -useallavailablecores from previous advice, remove them. The recent update seems to have issues with launch options, removing them fixes long load times.

The new EAC update has also broken these, if you are getting EAC Offline, take them off

you're best deciding what you want to try and do rather than what you can do with the gold you have - do you want 2 1580s or do you want to park one character at 1540 and focus on pushing your main up

you get free akkan gear from the pass, so it'll help regardless of who you put it on
