The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.

You need to have trusted status to obtain the powerpass, if you are a new player / using a new steam account, chances are you don't have it.

But it says I have steam trusted and it's green

Amazon changed how trusted status is obtained, the old way is "You need steam trusted / non limited and enabling 2fa on steam guard app", it's now an in-house system not reliant on steam. All the info they have given us on how to get it is "Play the game and you get it eventually".

I have two characters sat at 1520 that I want to push to 1600 with the express. One has been sat at 1520 a while collecting bound mats and one I have just power passed.

Is the best way to do this to use the express on the one with bounds, but not claim any of the rewards, and then change it over to the fresh character next reset? Or is it possible to only claim the Akkan gear box at 1580 while leaving the previous rewards for the fresher character?

I'm a bit confused about the update regarding the express "any rewards already collected from the Super Mokoko Express Event will not be granted a second time following the update", we agree that if i used my express on a character and then i hone him to 1580 then after maint i swap to a 1610 char, i still get the box from 1600-1620 on the 1610 char right?
