The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.
You are all good to go!

GROWTH MISSIONS
Added a new “Growth” quest type to the Guide Mission System. This will help guide players through various types of content earlier in their Lost Ark journey. These new missions will help players reach Item Level 1600, and help them navigate the massive amount of systems within Lost Ark.
Requirements: Reach combat level 50 and complete the quest “Afterimage of Fracture”.
The goal of these missions is to help players reach Item Level 1600 and provide growth opportunities on a daily basis.
Various missions are provided sequentially, depending on the character's Item Level.
There are Daily, Weekly, and Roster Missions that are automatically given to players under 1600. Ex: "Chaos Dungeon Daily Mission".
You can skip a mission and it will go to the next mission sequentially.

hi guys u need help about this... i was asking every where but i dont get it, so...
you just click on the character on the selection screen and then on powerpass -> use own one -> voldis
if you want to use the mokoko express, you have to do that from the ingame maenu by clicking the button next to the minimap
at least thats how i did it
