go to windows logs->application>on the right filter current log->check error and press ok->check for logs with source application error ignore vss
you should know by the timestamp were the crash log should be. This protocol logs every app crash while windows running and tells you the reason

You usually get the powerpass when you reach a trusted status in the game, which you obtain at random after certain playtime (and luck sometimes)

Its fairly easy to sort of remember which ones are most commonly used, it really doesn't deviate all that much from Keen Blunt Weapon, Grudge, Adrenaline, Raid Captain, Hit Master/Ambush Master/Master Brawler, Cursed Doll.
There are a few outliers such as Super Charge, Barricade, Spirit Absorption, All Out Attack, and Mass Increase.
