Okay. You need to hone that gear with materials you get from doing Chaos Dungeons (twice daily) and Guardian Raids (once daily). If you have activated the Super Mokoko Express on this character then you can also get some additional materials to help you progress. You can find that event at the top right of your game window, to the left of your minimap. It will be a gift box icon labeled as Event Quest.

You can enter that content through there

It is typically best to solo Chaos Dungeons

And you can use matchmaking for Guardian raids

Make sure you are doing Chaos Dungeons appropriate for the ilvl of your character, same with Guardian raids

U use balthorr before counters happens, when theres the stagger since in hardmode theres no dmg reduction there

The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.

You do still get the pass, but the system was changed not long ago

Its not immediately anymore, you have to get your account to a trusted status

For that, you have to just play the game and sooner or later you get it, may take hours, days or weeks, we have no idea how to trigger it and Amazon doesn't really tell us how due to bots prevention

So, yes, you can still get it until July 17 or something, but gotta play a bit to get it
