To do dps on empress arcana you need boundless - so you have low cd.
But low cd makes you have LOW CD, which means you need to press many buttons, but buttons have different cd and its not rotation its mix and match combo.
So you just watch your cd nonstop and react to boss moves on peripheral vision.
i really dont like it.

Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.
