tier 4 will use books for engraves, thats all

stone will be a min maxer with like 6% max extra effect for 2 engraves (at lv10 which is stupid and like, no ty, keep your current stone) and accessories are like, you can hone them (guaranteed) but they dont have engraves

anyone know if you max out a stat in your elixir and you seal it during the elixir can you use it after its done? like if i have a 4/1 elixir and i sealed the 4 since its maxed on purple can i still use the 4/1
