you have to come check as soon as the server comes online after a Weekly Reset. This NPC gets bugged pretty much immediately after someone does the interaction with it

the servers going down in 2 hours for Weekly Reset and then it'll probably come back in like 4-6 hours, so be sure to check on it asap

I haven't seen any pugs care about 4x3 on PF for my paladin alt, only real concern is whether or not you are running out of mana on whatever support you're playing

You're in what would be considered a sort of "dead" portion of the game, which is mostly just because the majority of players are beyond that point and whenever a new class has recently released everyone is given a free Powerpass (ilvl boost) for a single character.

So if you have already used this pass, or just want to wait, then just continue honing until T3.

You're in T2 now which ends at 1100, when you get to 1100 you'll be able to do Punika story and then get your 1250 ilvl gear from the Punika Chaos Dungeon which is when T3 begins.

You can select up to 6 characters on roster to earn gold from Legion Raids, Abyssal Dungeons, and Abyss Raids.
Sources for earning gold:

• Weekly: 3 Legion Raids (including Kayangel Abyss Dungeon) per character
• Weekly: Una Tokens exchange for gold chests
• Earn more tokens the higher ilvl your highest character on roster is
• Gain tokens by completing Daily Una Tasks and Weekly Una Tasks
• Weekly token limit is shared by characters
• You cannot redo daily una on alts but u can complete different ones to gain tokens
• Recommended to exchange for 500 token gold chest for chance at 10k gold

I got a questing. Where would you recommend a new roster(189) to go after 1540 x5 alts with 5x3+1, main is parked at 1610 trying to get some 4/2 set eleksirs.

Alts got full gems between 5 and 7 on only important skills. Main using event gems so 7+8's

Is it honning main or where do I go from here ?

Its largely up to you There is no flowchart for how to play.
At 1610 you can do all current content for now so you dont have to hone

If It was me Id fix my gems. 7s at minmum for all alts and start collecting 9s for main
