Yes, you would pick Nightmare Flower. This is gear you will be using still going forward, and the way Lost Ark gearing works you transfer it into later gear you get anyway. Gearing in Lost Ark is about honing, or enhancing, the gear you have with materials. Better gear does not drop from raids, you get materials with which you make the next set you would need to move into to continue your progression, you transfer the enhancement levels from your previous gear set into it.

Correct, gear has different names depending on the rarity or the set level, but the "Nightmare" name will always stay, same for other sets, one name will always stay so you can identity the kind of set it is

Check all your characters' mailboxes, even ones in other servers. The pass is region wide, meaning you can claim it on one server and use it on a character in another (only once per account).
I think it's on a deleted character/I logged in a month ago and didn't use it and now the mail expired

Go to any major city (Prideholme is fine) and right click it. This will bring you back to character select and you can apply it with a big yellow button next to Launch. Skip the prologue and tutorials with the button in the top left corner if you don't care about the story.

Nope, won't need them really. You can just hone with a whatever build up to 1460, pick up Engraving Support from the Super Mokoko Express and you're good.

Even if you consume the ticket on the character from your old server just head back and select your new server, so long as its on the same region it should still be available to use it on your new character on your new server.

Yes, so once you use it (in a major city) it should bring you to character selection but from there you should head back to server selection, pick the new server you are on then you should be able to apply it to your new character.
