I've done exactly 2 chaos dungeons and have some of the gear from there, but not all, and i havent unlocked guardian raid yet. i dont want this free pass to go to waste before the event ends, how exactly should i go about using this? do i use it on my Artist or create a new alt on the same server and use it there? or do i consider making a new main in a new region server and use it there?

They’re meant to be used together. A power pass is a level boost while the express is a gear enhancement event.

The checkbox at the end is probs what you intended- “toggle to include/exclude fully transferred effects that you have marked the notification for” - this one shows the notification if you had it marked but have already transferred it fully
its useful if you have alts of the same class and want to send extra tripod amulets
