true random shuffle means if you shuffle 2,3,5,1,4 , you can get 2,3,5,1,4 again. Then there is the other definition of shuffle which is what most people would say is the definition of it if asked blind
"move (people or things) around so as to occupy different positions or to be in a different order" which means the new order needs to be different than the previous order.

There are guides in #guides-and-info for enew players to introduce them to systems of the game and explain how the powerpass and progression events work

Progression events are around until July I think. The rewards are reall good: not something to miss out on. But you have time to play the games story and learn about them at a reasonable pace before diving back into endgame

Make alts for fun, not efficiency. LOA is naturally a very time investment heavy game. Playing alts can help reduce that time, but you can easily fall into the trap many vets are in where they feel they HAVE to play them all

Don't over stress about cards, they come with time. Only set you can realistically work on overall is Deep Dive, and that is a good enough holdover as Light of Salvation, if you're DPS, comes along with time.

On weapon the higher the quality the more damage, on armor the higher the quality the more health you have, on accessories it affects how much of the stat (spec, crit, swift) it has. So it is important.

For gear you do not have to keep recrafting it though, that is actually the most ill advisable thing to do. Quality tapping can take time, and it can sometimes feel bad, but your quality on the gear will never go down. You cannot upgrade quality on accessories, you would have to buy a new accessory so its best to buy as high as possible (blue or higher) so long as you can reasonably afford it.
