The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.

You are all good to go!

Hiya, newbie player here (lvl 34 combat), I would like to find a party to defeat Rudric since I can't solo him alone... But I don't know how to make an in-game group for him in game or where to even make a group in general for this sort of boss. 'Cause all of the other "raid" bosses seem to be way higher level. search kindness in alt+D, additionally there are different skins that you can wear for different stats, so check those out as well. I assume You are saying about rapport npcs which is also nice to search in general what rapport bombing is

(in short giving calculated amount of presents to skip the limitations)

using powerpass gives you level 50 straight away, level 60 is a maximum (and in current state of the game often a minimum to get to raids). You level through chaos dungeons, quests, raids and there is an option in sh as well
