Okay, I understand, but reinstalling it might resolve the problem. Before that you could try Verifying the files. Right click on Lost Ark in your Steam Library, go to Properties, go to Installed Files and then click on "Verify integrity of game files".

I know you just recently installed it and it was working fine, but code does weird things for weird reasons. It is the infinite plight of anyone who does programming or works with code.
