If that 1% reduced skill cd by 1 second. A 8 skill rotation is 8 seconds faster a humble 2 rotations a min for example saves 16 seconds. 16 seconds over a 15 min fight is 240 saved seconds. Thats like 3 extra rotations for even more dmg

So its "just 1%" for sure. But the little things can have big impacts

In a general sense, "jailed" means being stuck behind some gate.
Maybe your group was progging, or someone was impostering, or there was a dc, etc, your group ended up stuck and not clearing the raid

The taboo is silly, everyone openly talks about it if you refer to it as a "bible".
It's a typical dps meter you'd find in other games. To see dps, buff uptime etc.
It's technically banned, so it's against the rules to talk about it. AGS doesn't seem to enforce it
