The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.

No you fine with 1, you better to focus on one, but you would be gated on weekly gold, so you can experience story at paralel.

I have friends who joined 4 month ago and now progressing themine (new bad guy) 1610+ and they had only one char ever (now two cos second event dropped)

So f2p gameplay is actually good if you have people to play with and dont focus focus on it just do what you can weekly and come back at weekly reset.

Having multiple characters at over 1540 is a trap and really expensive to do without event support the char, and you get one event every 4 month.

It is pve game heavily focused on x4 x8 ppl raid content.

If its not for you - you can do a story and bounce off, devs promised single player raid conent in future, probably till end of this year.

at start you should aim to get chests lvl1, thats 5 points, in the long run you need 20 points per armor piece to get full set bonus

you have 7 stages x 3 = 21, so one stage can have 2 points, rest must have 3 points

Only if they are the same enhancement level and only if they even have a higher quality on them.

When transferring gear sets starting with Relic going into Ancient it keeps the higher quality on the transfer.

Okay, well the gold cost isn't that bad, truthfully. 19k gold on average if you honed from 1510 to 1540 (which is +15 on Ancient)
