If u dont care about gvg and pvp islands, anything with domination, endurance and expertise should be dismantled; and any other accessory that has quality lower than 50 should also be dismantled (for earring and rings, usually people dont really buy them below 70)
Also, its good if u setup engraving notification to all possible engravings people buy, that way u can just dismantle anything that doesnt have the notification
Auto dismantle is buggy shit hole, soo i dont use it

No. Chaos Dungeons and Guardian Raids don't drop gear, Legion Raids don't drop gear either. You get materials to hone form Chaos Dungeons and Guardian Raids, and form Legion Raids you get materials you use to craft gear.

Ah, Accessories. Yes and no. Its RNG what stats and engravings those will drop with, and it is very rare you get anything you will actually use. They mostly turn out to be fodder to dismantle which will give you extra materials for honing. I assume you're using Engraving Support so you're fine using what you have from that for now, but you will have to buy your own Accessories before the end of the event period to be able to still have your 5x3 Engraving build.

They come specifically from the Super Mokoko Express. As Signum just said, if you are level 60 they do nothing for that particular character. They are also best used at level 56.71 so it will instantly shoot that character to level 60.
