@urban notchthat mechrnach in Great Rainforest dont have 100% of time that item, you need to check it first and afer that you can catch fish

He doesn't always let you exchange, so whenever the merchant do let you exchange you then go fish for a daring fish, they're not uncommon to find so letting it expire is not a big deal
