Being 1460 you should now be able to activate the Super Mokoko Express on that character. The interface for that is located at the top right of your screen, directly to the left of your Minimap. It is labeled as "Event Quest".

The Super Mokoko Express will provide you with something called "Engraving Support" that will give you a free 5x3 Engraving build. This includes accessories that purely there for stats.

Knowledge Transfer is done through the Stronghold. They'll need 600g to do it, and it is instant, but it will bring them to North Vern and give them a box with 500 ilvl gear.

also people who've been playing the game know that the titles are pretty useless after a few weeks of new content. I've seen countless Demon Hunters who floor pov'ed and people with PLC titles who cannot even go to their spot for 3x or 3x + 1 mechanics. It's all a coinflip to me.
