special honing doesnt give you artisans energy and uses a special currency, it also costs nothing besides that currency

Special Honing just uses a specific material and is considered a "free" hone. It does not progress pity and does not get any benefits from success rate buffs. It is just a flat % chance.

For one the material is exceptionally limited in how you can even acquire it, and also, as said, it is simply a flat % chance and it is not a particularly high chance.

It uses the base starting % chance for that particular level of gear, so if its 3% base success chance then Special Honing is just 3% chance, can't increase it, and the failures don't increase pity.

Hi, I'm kinda a returning player and am struggling to decide which character to decide on using my powerpass + breaker event. I'm currently torn between Full Moon SE and Surge DB. As I'm not really familiar with the raids and read a bit about both classes I saw that SE requires me to land all 3 spells and DB only 1 spell. Any opinions or inputs/recommendations from the community side? 🙂

How the hell do I join a Legion Raid group when all of them are reclears or wanting experienced players in general?
I try to learn the raids and mechanics before joining but it's overwhelming when you finally get in a group and everyone gets super mad and toxic if you mess something up on accident.. I've only been able to do Gate 1 twice and Gate 2 once :/

Hello, I played for a year on release and stopped after Punika (1370 ilvl Deathblade). I came back and am a little overwhelmed thanks to the server merge moving all my stuff. Do I miss out on anything if I use the Powerpass on my main? I heard conflicting info about how I'd miss a bunch of rewards/roster XP from all the quests it skips or something.

The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.

You are all good to go!

Thanks. I found all my stuff; it's mostly the runes and engravings getting unequipped that's annoying as I completely forgot what I had on everything. But I suppose at the level I left off it barely matters now anyway 😅
