Stagger on that isn't only your responsibility.
Basically for any stagger check the boss is doing something especially bad for you, it has an orange bar under its character. You need to do sufficient stagger damage to deplete the bar, which is different than just doing a certain amount of damage. The skills that do more stagger aren't necessarily your "strongest" moves. Look through your skills you have equipped, and see which skills have the highest stagger

Im pretty sure this is the mech you're having trouble with. The mech appears at 30x and 15x hp bars on the boss roughly. The title of the lobby should say either orb wei or 2x orb. If it's orb wei, for 30x bars you do the mechanic as I listed above, then at 15x you run to the bottom of the map and group up while the Raid Leader handles the orbs with the Wei sidereal. If its 2x orbs you repeat this mechanics for 30x and 15x @turbid oriole
what you're gonna do before the raid is see everyone call a number, the number corresponds to where theyre gonna stand for this mech in the chart above
you should call a number as well
the orbs need to be taken in order, otherwise it kills the whole raid. What you want to do is wait until the number in front of you has taken their orb, then you run and take your orb and try to stagger the boss. You'll see your stagger skills when you hover your abilities, they'll see stagger low, medium or high, or not say anything at all (meaning no stagger)
Its generally easier to be one of the earlier numbers because you have to spend less time kiting your orb while the numbers ahead of you take their orb. If you're 1-4 you basically take your orb instantly
I'd watch the maxroll video on this mech and try to follow along with what is happening with this explanation

yup, you can buy the boxes for more mats or bid for the chest at the end of g3 (5 pieces) and g4 (15 pieces)
I'd recommend buying them while u have the arcteryx buff or whatever its called that gives you double mats for the first 5 clears per character
but up to you, some people choose to save the gold

The servers have recently merged. This has moved around some items, but they are not lost.
Step 1. Reclaim your characters from the Universal Storage on the character select screen.
Step 2. Login and claim your cards on the Universal Storage tab on the card menu using ALT+C.
Step 3. Reclaim your roster storage by using ESC and opening Universal Storage.
Step 4. Re-equip your cards as they were reset and must be re-equipped.
You are all good to go!

If you mean the Hopeful and Wishful amulets...yes you can move those across characters so long as they say "Roster Bound" but if you're referring to the normal amulets you get out of Chaos Dungeon runs then no, you can't use those you acquired on another character with one of your others.
But like you said, if it says "Character bound" then its stuck there
I'm assuming it was one potentially gained after some skill reworks for one of the classes?

like
