You are able to skip all of that stuff and simply enter into the game. There would have been a big blue "Skip" button at the top left of your screen after you entered into Trixion with the Powerpassed character

Or more specifcally if this were a new character that button would have appeared as you were at the "stepping off the ship" portion of the introduction

Each guardian (from Kungelanium and above) requires you to use a battle item, depending on the guardian is the item, for caliligos people use flare, pheromones and destruction nade, the number you are in the party means the item you will use, leader (1) uses flare, #2 uses first phero, #3 second phero, #4 dest grenade. You should watch a quick guide so you know when to use each item

Each guardian raid (from Kungelanium and above) requires you to use a battle item ("community rules and etiquette"), depending on the guardian is the item you will be using. Party finder groups will be labeled "fppd" or "fddd" depending on the guardian.

The letter is one battle item, F means Flare, P means Pheromone, D can mean Destruction grenade or Dark bomb, C will mean Corrosive grenade.

If you enter via party finder the number you are in the party means the item you will use, leader will be using the first battle item named, #2 second item, #3 third and #4 last.
If you get in via matchmaking however, it's the wild west, whoever throws the flare the fastest won't be using another item, then usually people call whatever item they wanna use (if they say 1 they will throw the first pheromone, 2 for the second one, then C for corrosive grenade and D for destruction grenade).

For Kungelanium, people use Flare, Pheromone, Pheromone and Corrosive grenade (<-- battle start).

For Caliligos, people use Flare, Pheromone, Pheromone and Destruction grenade (<-- first destruction check only).

For Hanumatan, Flare, Pheromone, Pheromone and Destruction grenade (<-- second destruction check).

For Gargadeth, Flare and the rest Dark bomb (don't use destruction).

For Veskal, Flare, Flare, Dark, Dark (second flare for a certain mechanic, check a guide).

For Argeos, Flare, Dark, Dark, Dark (whenever).

You should watch a quick guide so you know when to use each item and the mechanics before going in, you can also opt to solo the guardian the first time(s) so you know what to do and when.
