according to this Guy on the Internet™️ : Rowen is not strictly necessary for progression, so that's a safe skip - you can always go back if you want the like 30k card XP/Roster XP or something Elgacia is ~86k card xp or something for about 2 hours of work Pleccia is ~60k card xp for 1 hour Voldis is ~60k card xp for ~1.5-2 hours, but you also get 8 Voldis Card packs so like a 15% chance to get a Varkan card

If you don't want to or can't powerpass, things to remember:

Always knowledge transfer or powerpass North Vern - leveling to 50 takes 10-25 hours and is extremely tedious, with KT being few hundred gold it should be a no-brainer.

Rohendel can be freely skipped, there's nothing immediately important there to do, quest chain is long and quite tedious and rewards aren't particularly amazing.

Yorn is a must-do (knowledge transfer or run manually) - finishing Yorn unlocks ability to use gems on a character and T2 chaos dungeons (if you're going to farm shards that way). If you skip Rohendel, you need to do Yorn manually.

Feiton can be skipped, but two of the most popular leapstone Una dailies are in Feiton, so you will want to have at least half of the questline done (access to Kalaja, Wailing Swamp, Nameless Valley). It's quite tedious to run, so Knowledge Transfer might be the move here.

Punika is generally fast and doesn't require a lot of effort to clear, rewards you get are T3 mats that will be immediately useful (with honing buff we have it should be about enough to hit 1325 and access normal mode T3 abyss dungeon immediately). Getting T3 gear requires you to have it drop from 1100 chaos dungeon that unlocks after finishing/transfering Punika - you should get all pieces in 1-2 days, but how long it takes is RNG and it's possible to get stuck in "almost T3" for few days. Check knowledge transfer cost and decide if this amount of gold is worth saving about 1-2 hours of gameplay - since you have main at 1370, you might want to run it manually to not burn gold.

South Vern has KT option, but it might still be worth doing manually - you can do it at any point between 1340 and 1415 (don't need it finished until you want to unlock 1415 chaos dungeons), gives decent amount of card packs and a lot of XP that will help you hit level 60 much sooner. Run it whenever it's convenient, there's no need to rush it as soon as you can go there.

Honestly I would really only pick up a singular alt if I were you. An exceptionally important thing to remember is that alts are an investment both time and gold; gold especially if you go above 1490 ilvl with them. Because you need to be able to invest gold into not only 5x3 for the alt but also its honing up to, for instance, 1540.

We're going to have progression events next month for Breaker release, one of which potentially being an Express for getting to 1580 (speculative based on recent announcements).

Bot bans tend to happen in waves, not every day/week or anything like that.

But you can't ever truly get rid of bots. They are ever present and its an ongoing endeavor to deal with them. In any game

i did valtan G1 but we couldnt finish G2 and group ended --- and its very rare to find G2 only hard groups, so im screwed right? since i can't redo G1 (and skip rewards)

There is nothing different about now than there has been in the past...you're just seeing it more for some reason, likely no particular reason for it.
