If you are using a card set like deep dive that doesn't change the element of your attacks, your skills will be either non elemental or of a certain element (a tripod can also change them to X). If you have a card set that changes your element, aka LoS or KLC, all your attacks will be of the card set's element, doesn't matter if your skills are X element or a tripod changes it. Also, not because a boss is of demon type means it will be weak to holy. The boss can be a demon and have no elemental weakness, or not be a demon and be weak to X, also, not because he is weak to, let's say, holy, means he has elemental resistance to dark, elemental resistances on bosses don't exist, thus why los is a universal damage cardset.

Selectors normally go for upwards of 40k each in abyssals when I see them. So depends on how much you want those cards.

Almost immediately, the thing is when you're leveling to 50 there aren't really that many people really in that area of the game anymore so its likely not going to be many.

New players tend to use the free Power Passes given out to boost their characters up to endgame content which is where everyone is. Unfortunately right now there is no free Power Pass available, the event that was providing it ended yesterday (it had been active since November).

Yes, you should bother. You can still absolutely use Relic, they are cheaper and Ancient mostly really only comes into play if you're trying to build 5x3+1/5x3+2, but 5x3 is really all you need.

Rowen is optional, chaos dun and guardian raid are for you to get mats to hone, cant hone if you dont get mats, specially chaos dun, shards, silver, gems, a lot of stuff to skip it just because "for fun"

(if its a blue pet i think it's 30k to go to epic?)
