The only time you use a different set is for Chaos Dungeons, and again that just uses Gear Conversion

Make sure to use mass presets (alt+E) and set up one for Raids and one for Chaos Dungeons, this will let you basically just swap between two different sets depending on the content you're joining into

But ultimately you are just in Entropy set no matter what in all Raid content

Doing anything else would just be griefing your groups
