Whichever character you made first was where the pass would have been, in the Mail. If you deleted that character then yes, you deleted the pass. If that is what happened then you can contact AGS support and they should be willing to help you out.

You can freely change the engravings with engraving support through the super mokoko express. What you’ll need to get for yourself are accessories with the correct combat stats.
Shouldn’t take too long to loot accessories from dailies that have the correct combat stats so you don’t have to spend pheons on the auction house. Maybe necklace will be challenging to get

There very standard and okay. The problem is because PvP is dead its hard to complete them
You could spend awhile queing for a match while instead you could do another activity in that time
When it comes to PvP I usually recommend people picks the minds of those in #pvp-general they know whats up with the status of pvp

Runes come from a variety of places. Alt+D opens the codex. You can search for runes there and itll tell you where to get them

you cant really farm card exp in meaningful amounts
other than running story
you basically have to wait for frog vendor to really get massive card exp

Old characters that were in t2 and I think t1 when t1-t3 got reworked were boosted to t3 for free

There's some stack management, and some goblins might attack during the retaliate pattern or force a follow up attack and ruin your stacks and stuff
Other than that no not really
People use nades more than cali that's for sure

If we fail destro with 4 people up then there's usually a bigger problem than jusut the supp
