For the quest The Name of Navinos, it is telling me to go ask Nineveh a few things, when I got to her I can't talk to her. It says I need to complete a quest but I don't have a quest from her. To obtain a quest from her it says I need 310 on all my virtues. anyone know whats up with this? am I locked out of Elgacia until I get 310 on virtues?

that's actually a good question i still haven't found an answer for too. usually achievements linked to stuff that has been removed get their rewards relocated if they aren't achievements that only grant roster xp
