After 50 hours, although I AM eligible, no ticket. And they dont explain anything to me. They just left chat. The so called support team, cant check if i tell the truth and cant give me ticket. there are only two breakpoints where you don't hone, that's at 1490 to get new gear and 1580 to get new gear
