There's no way to reach even reach 80% without massive CDR from external sources. Even with the -40% on Night's Edge and full swift you're only hitting ~76% CDR.
In any case, CDR stacks multiplicatively, with Magick Stream being the only additive source(additive with Swift I believe).

My only comment is that this game isn’t really a great game for cosmetics only. You can do it if you want but it’s going to either cost a decent amount of real money or you’ll have to spend time doing raids, and if you do the latter you’ll probably need at lease some gear to do said raids which take time
My view of lost ark is an isometric mmo packaged with great combat packaged in a gacha game
But it’s a game where doing the endgame content is not at all trivial and will take time and effort

But Valtan and Vykas are like, baby steps at this point and the gold reward from them are nerfed to oblivion

I think what is difficult is that making gold is just not completely trivial. Most of it as a f2p player comes from raiding and you can’t just matchmake those. You will experience gatekeeping (experienced players still experience this) and they take time to do and are frustrating to fail
At the same time, you will likely need to spend gold to hone to higher gear levels to do more and more difficult raids which will bring about more gatekeeping and so on
If you can cope with that, then sure. You’ll get what you want from the game
I just see a fair few comments from people who fundamentally don’t understand these difficulties and are confused when they face them. This isn’t really a game where you just obtain a large amount of gold passively doing mundane things
And I personally think lost ark is problematic when you combine “new/returning” with “casual”
