just two things - supports in this game don't really heal a lot. heals are secondary to the primary purpose which is to attack buff and provide dr (damage reduction). Supports are also arguably not very rewarding to play/invest in because a support at max ilvl plays the same as a support starting out

the non-rewarding aspect of gearing is a big issue with supports in the game and is something they're recognising in KR

that being said, supports are very easy to get started with and in the pinned classes faq I do point out that playing a support does help you get into raid parties etc when you're new

It is more that its basically a complete waste for you to upgrade from +15 to +16 on Relic gear. Once you get 1490 you can do Brelshaza Normal Mode to start working on your Ancient set. When you transfer your Relic set piece to an Ancient set piece it goes from +15 to +12, so the gear piece goes from ilvl 1490 to ilvl 1510.

You can. But because of silver cost people usually only try to save the important ones. & yes if it says lvl 5 earth impact thats a lvl 5 tripod.
