Just to be clear, there is no doubt that in isolation, dagger provides more dps for a raid

But it's a support line because your dagger gets overriden by another dagger

Well yeah you can solo them, you don't even really need to do them, though. You're still pretty early into the game with where you are so really not anyone there to do that content with. People fly past that point either with Story Express when its available or just normal honing of their gear.

the only thing is shadow hunter, so i do consede having one rotation does matter
but over all, that part of the game is absolutely dead, as well as all the content it had
as far as i understand, devs would actually fix new player experience, cos right now it doesnt exist
but state "until relic gear chars dont work" is wrong message to tell any new player, cos they are starting in that gear
and their char would not feel much different going forward, ever propbably.

The only power passes that give 1415 gear are the South Vern ones, North Vern passes you also get for free as a new player after completing North Vern story give ilvl 500(?) gear
