Make 30 characters and do all abyssal dungeons, chaos dungeons, guardian raids, and legion raids on each character every week.

And camp wandering merchants if you haven’t already maxed out balth and wei.

Put it another way, there is no “fast way” to get los30. People that were doing stuff like that and buying out Mari/cash shop on reset took around 9-12 months to get los30.
