There's a bird you to have talk to on Vern, then a portal opens near the Vern's Return tripod

They're like two spots, you have to talk to NPCs. In front of Ealyn's castle and near the Return Tripod (the blue colored one).

• Complete the following questlines in order (check if you've already completed the quest before going to the location):

1. Whispering Islet: "Whispering Voice" -> "To the Sound" -> "Start of Our Story"
2. Illusion Bamboo Island: "Trapped in the Trial", up until "End of the Trials"
3. Great Castle (Yorn), talk to Kaysarr: "Let There Be Light"
4. Vern Castle (North Vern), talk to Sebastian: "Destiny's Whisper", up until "Searching for a Legend"
5. Isteri (Island): "The South Sea Island", up until "Blue-Blazing Blade"
6. Neria's Tavern in Vern Castle (North Vern), talk to Neria: "Into the Chaos"
7. Vern Castle (North Vern), talk to Lunar Knight: "The Infinite Darkness", up until "Tabula Rasa"
8. Any major city, talk to Papa: "The Gate of Paradise Opens"
