reclear means a party that has already cleared/learned the raid, 1x/2x orb (which I assume is for valtan) is if you're doing orbs either only 1 time or for both. To understand that I would suggest watching a guide and joining a learning party

But you need to invest in the alts for them to start generating good resources

T1&T2 and early T3 were revamped. When that happened you got a free gear to 1250 / the start of tier 3
