As someone who just started out personally, I would suggest either a Warrior build (Specifically Beserker for Male or the Slayer for female) as they are very much traditional rpg classes

for horizontal content though (mokoko seeds, island souls, runes, etc.) there's no accelerated way to do them on jump-start, gonna have to start over

My boyfriend has a problem with launching the game, i.e. he starts Lost Ark and there is this small screen with anticheat, and then it disappears and we waited for over 10 minutes, but the game still did not start.
We downloaded the game from Steam, checked the files, even reinstalled it, restarted the computer, reinstalled the graphics card drivers, ran it as administrator - and it still doesn't work. What can we do about it?

Yes, the game is running in the task manager. However, my boyfriend managed to go shopping and come back from the store, and the game still did not start. For me the game started in two minutes.
